Covid-19 Precautions


For everyone’s safety, we will follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing.


  • You must wear a mask if you will be in the same room as our staff. Walkers will wear masks when entering your home.

  • Please keep at least 6 feet of distance.

  • Contactless pickup: Dogs must be at the front door. Staff will not walk through your house if you are home. When possible, have your dog outside for pickup. Please contact us to coordinate.

  • Staff will arrive close to the time on your schedule. If they may be more than ten minutes late, we will send you a message.

  • We will use our own leash.

  • Have collar or harness on your dog. We will use our martingale collar if yours is not on the dog.

Our Commitment To You

  • Staff will check their temperature before work each day.

  • Staff will have hand sanitizer and use after exiting their vehicle, before contact with your home.

  • Staff will wear masks on your property.

  • Staff are asked to notify us if they’re experiencing any symptoms and will immediately stop work.

We work as a team and switch walkers as necessary.

  • We are doing everything possible to limit the number of staff in your home and keep you with the same walker.

  • All of our walkers submit to a Social Security check, seven year background check and a third party review of six professional references.

  • Our staff receives extensive training in dog care and behavior. You will receive the same service with all our team members and we monitor all visits.

  • We welcome your questions and concerns about any staff person that visits your home.
